1. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and modifications of reservations must be requested in writing from your customer area.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- As you subscribe to our visits, you fully accept the General Conditions and the content of what is published on this website, which are your commitment to us and ours with you.
- As established in Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Ordination of Retail Trade, we inform you that our products, given their special nature, are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
- On visits to the Alhambra, It is COMPULSORY to take your documentation (DNI/Passport) on the day of the visit. If the information provided does not match the visitor's, the Alhambra may prevent access to the monument. You must keep the entry during the entire itinerary. In case of loss you can not continue with the visit.
- On the Alhambra guided visit/tour. Meeting point in the Alhambra in the MORNING: Please note: the meeting time can be anytime from 08:15h to 12:00h. The visit will last 3 hours aprox.
- On the Alhambra guided visit/tour. Meeting point in the Alhambra in the AFTERNOON: Please note: the meeting time will be around 14:00h aprox. The visit will last 3 hours aprox. If the visit is between April 1 and October 14 Please note: the meeting time can be anytime from 14:00h to 16:30h. The visit will last 3 hours aprox.
- The reservation made is subject to the normal availability of tickets to the monument, and the management of which is outside the company. If, exceptionally, such usual availability does not occur, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you an alternative date or, if applicable, at your choice, proceed to immediately refund the amount paid.
- If the organizing company is forced to suspend the contracted service, the amounts charged will be immediately refunded, offering customers the alternative dates available. No compensation will be awarded.
- It is essential to show the confirmation voucher (print or mobile phone) to our staff on the day of the visit. This voucher is valid as a receipt of payment.
- The information contained in this website, such as itineraries, schedules, are true at the time of publication of this website, any alteration or change since its publication, inaccuracy or variation cannot be considered as misleading advertising of the organizing company.
- In case of any variation in any visit, this will be informed at the time of booking or at the beginning of the service, being the valid and definitive information provided by the guide at the beginning of the visit. Any of the places provided for in the development of each visit, may be replaced by another of similar category or characteristics, if special circumstances or force majeure forces us to do so.
- The abandonment or separation of the group during the visit, for reasons not attributable to the Organization, entails the loss of any right to claim.
- In regular visits, if there is no possibility to make a group in only one language, sometimes the visit could be made in two languages.
- The organizing company reserves the right to cancel the service if the minimum number of people to carry it out is not reached.
- Keep in mind that visits that require transportation may take a few minutes due to traffic.
- This company, as well as the collaborating companies, are not responsible for the waits that could originate in the accesses of the monuments to visit, or for the organization and/or internal management of the monument.
- The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations of visits due to causes beyond its control, such as adverse weather conditions or closures of the Alhambra.
- The company is not responsible for any damage or loss that customers may suffer during the visit.
- The prices of the visits are indicated on the purchase form and include VAT.
- Prices may vary depending on the season, the type of visit and other factors.
- The company reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect reservations already confirmed.
- If you hire with us the rental service of audio-receiver systems (bookyouraudio), in case of loss of any of the equipment, you will have to pay 45 € for each receiver and 5 € for each headset.
- For any question derived from the interpretation or application of the conditions contained in this website and for the fulfillment of the obligations arising from the acceptance thereof, both the client and the organizing company submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts of the city where the service takes place, renouncing any other jurisdiction.
